The epicenter of the Monaco Pictures experience is of course, the theaters. 'Black box auditoriums' are designed to deliver the ultimate visual and sensory impact for film and digital imagery. All of Monaco Pictures' 14 auditoriums were designed with the help of industry experts, meet the highest set of technical standards for presentation excellence including rigorous specifications to optimize equipment, room acoustics, background noise levels, plus projection and viewing angles. All auditoriums offer stadium seating, unobstructed sight lines, and 48" spacious platforms, and ample legroom. The 23" comfortable leather high-back rockers seats offer cup and snack holders, plus adjustable armrests. Four of the theaters offer reserved seating balconies for customers who choose to upgrade to the Prive' VIP Experience.

  Mastermind of the Menu: Scene Lounge's Executive Chef Jeremiah Quintero

Jeremiah Quintero, Executive Chef for Scene Lounge, has been in the food and beverage industry for 9 years. Prior to Scene, Jeremiah worked as a Sous Chef at Ruths Chris Steakhouse. He trained with Matt Carter of Zinc Bistro, as well as Adam Schope of De La Costa.

Jeremiah originally fell in love with food while helping his grandmother make tamales for her family business as a child. He was always around the kitchen, interested to learn the components and structure of food. Chef Quintero attended the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, with a focus on French cuisine. He later on assisted with events such as the 2003 Aspen Food Festival and The James Beard Award Dinner at Kierland Commons; famed Westin Resort and Spa.

Chef Jeremiah's diverse cooking background of French, Moroccan, and Latin cuisine and his passion and love for food is what drives him to share the experience of food at Scene Lounge.
