Welcome to Vinotini, A Great place to unwind with the BEST "Bar Food" in town.
Vinotini is an extension of Pauli's. It provides a relaxing atmosphere in which food is still the focus. We created a place where people who enjoy great food and service could come daily instead of feeling like you need a special occasion to come like Pauli's might be for some people.
Tapas is a style of eating - everything on the menu is a small portion. We suggest you order a couple items and enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine. If you stick around order a few more items and enjoy. It is what I refer to as "Grazing."
Tapas is originally from Spain. Some say it came from bartenders putting a small plate on top of a glass to keep the flies away. Others say that a king was told he must eat something with everything he drank, so he decreed that everyone should eat something with everything they drank.
Either way you like to think about it, I have grown to like the style but decided to Americanize it and add culinary influences from around the world. So while we call it Tapas, we have evolved the style to suit our dreams and desires to create a great lounge with great food.
